Meet James

James is a Leadership Coach & Organizational Development Advisor with over a decade of experience working with leaders and organizations navigating growth, change, and increasing complexity, including more than six years in senior and executive leadership roles.

He holds a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics and is a Certified Leadership Coach through the University of San Diego. His background spans both internal leadership roles and specialist consulting, with experience across professional services, financial services, manufacturing, and nonprofit environments.

James is known for building clarity where organizations feel stuck. He has designed performance management and leadership systems from the ground up and works directly with senior leaders to strengthen accountability, decision-making, and execution. His coaching is direct, disciplined, and grounded in real organizational responsibility—helping leaders move from insight to sustained behavioral change.
